Justin Chu is an Operations Management Professional with vast experience in vendor management, customer service, marketing and process management in the financial and assistance industries. During his 15 years in the contact centre industry, he has acquired a deep understanding of a broad spectrum of operational environments and their processes. This has enabled him to develop strategies and structured approaches that focus on and address the organization’s specific needs, and ensure high value in the delivery process. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University and a Graduate Diploma in Service Leadership from Warwick University. He now serves as a Vice President to Fullerton Health.
